• Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by PG&E. Water, Sewer and Trash are billed by ISM or Conservice.
• Landscaping at single family homes is an additional $75 a month.
