The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage. • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by PG&E.
