Our 3 & 4-bedroom apartments in Chico, CA are designed to give students generous personal space within a social, suite-style living environment. Ranging from 354 to 1,416 square feet, these apartments near Chico State accommodate a variety of living preferences, from private setups to larger shared homes with room for a full group of friends.
