The living experience here is really dependent on who lives at the complex. During the pandemic, it was never too loud and only small gatherings. Post pandemic, it can get pretty crazy and loud. Usually lots of irresponsible individuals who don't always clean up after themselves. Maintenance has always been friendly and the staff are kind. Lots of the equipment in the clubhouse are not up to proper working conditions. More recently, trash bins have been closed to prevent people from digging through them at night (it doesn't stop them, we can hear it when they're there at the late hours of the night) and people will pile up trash around the dumpster rather than just opening it. The apartments itself is comfortable. A decent size for college students. There is not a light in the main room which is a little odd. But everything is usually working fine and if it's not, maintenance is quick to it.
