First Street Village, LLC

Omg I LOVE living here! The location can’t be topped and everything about my apartment is perfect. It’s new, clean, structured well, and very peaceful. I’m on the 4th floor and don’t hear any noise. The amenities are amazing. I love the pool and gym. They are always so clean. Great views. Also, let’s not ignore management and maintanance. The property manager Lewis sets the example of how every manager should be. He is extremely kind, warm, responsive, and cares about the tenants and the building. Noel from leasing is also pure amazing and extremely helpful. If there are any issues, they have the best maintenance team. Christian from maintenance is gold. I honestly haven’t even had any issues…the building is so new and made so well that there are barely issues. Just the time I clogged the toilet but that was my fault LOL. I highly recommend living here. You can literally walk to so many restaurants, the mall, movie theaters, and it’s all so scenic. It’s also very easy to get everywhere since you’re so close to the 5 and 134 Freeways. I love my home at First Street Village and I’m sure you will too. By the way, this is the first time in my life that I actually loved and adored all my neighbors. They are all so kind :)

Nice staff and Lewis and Noel are wonderful. Super noisy next to I-5 and the biggest complaint. The gym equipment is underwhelming as is the amenities in the pool to really elevate the experience…. Concrete sterile rather than a relaxing oasis. Otherwise a nice place to live
