A few things are bothersome People leave their garbage all around the dumpsters and the don’t care if it doesn’t go in I opened the gate the other day and there were pizza/sauce and chicken bones all over the ground People don’t clean up after themselves. Last week someone spilled cereal and milk on the sidewalk where it still remains after a week Dogs not on a leash is the norm here. No collar, no lease and they say don’t worry their friendly as the come running toward my dog who is on a leash. Or sorry I forgot their leash You can’t use the gym. It’s only open from 9-5:30 which they said that would change soon after I moved into my apartment in October. The gate is a mess and needs a different way to get besides a keypad which was also supposed to change People don’t pick up after their dogs which is so gross! There are bags available on the property and they still won’t use them The maintenance guys are really great but they can’t keep up with everything The company needs to spend some money on the property.More stones are needed in some of the landscaping In general it’s an OK place to live. The location is good and I’m close to my family. I feel secure.

We've lived here for a few years now. It is a comfortable apartment complex with decent space and good noise level. The staff are very competent and work hard to ensure we live in good conditions. Parking can be difficult sometimes but that is a matter of tenants. Overall, this living space is affordable and comfortable.
