Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. Pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
