bedrooms that are too pricy especially in downtown area

I just want to say thank you for the new air conditioner. It’s amazing to finally be nice and cool. Greatly appreciated.

Hire proper staff and resolve parking issues

They asked us to move out our cars from the parkade because of the maintenance and i did not have any place to park so i parked at the back door. These dumb staff members got my car towed saying I should have looked for a different spot and paid the parking over there for a day. That didn’t make any sense to me. Clearly the staff there has no brains. Out of the 365 days, there’s maintenance going on half of the year in this building and they are increasing our rents. No point in living in this building at all. I’m suggesting all my friends and family to not stay here. Not worth it. The staff working there has no brain at all. They’re after their commissions and they lie to your face and bring out a new rule which doesn’t exist in the lease.
