Reach reaching out regarding To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express frustration with the lack of fob entry, as key-only access has led to multiple lockouts. The gym is also consistently busy and often occupied, including by children, making it difficult to use. Thank you zero stars

I really like the building. The staff are amazing people and they do a really great job, from the cleaning people to the admin office folks. I've had nothing but positive experiences with each of them. I've been here for 3 years now and every year my rent has increased by about 10%. If i would have known that was going to happen I would have requested a 5 year lease to lock in the price. I realize inflation and cost of living increases exist, but this is why people rent. Because they can't or don't wish to own a home and are happy with paying a bit more to not have to worry about homeownership with maintenance and yard upkeep, snow removal etc. But if we're honest with one another, it's also because typically people who live in apartments are new Canadians or people with lower incomes. Squeezing out every dollar is very corporation minded and it's a bit of a bad look. I have been renting properties since I became an adult and have only been posed with a rent increase twice in just over 20 years. A $50 a month increase per year is understandable but over the 3 years I'm now paying $210 more per month than my first year's lease payments. It's definitely something I notice when I look at how much money I have at the end of the month. So be aware if you're (like me) hoping that you'd only have small increases here and there.
