Have had some serious ups and downs with this uilding, and it is genuinely hard to come to a good conclusion about it. the Amenities are quite excellent (other than the gym, which is subpar), and there is no fee! On the downside, you can't book the amenities frequently, once per month for card room and billards room, once every THREE months for the party room (so only 4 times per year!). This is super annoying if you and your partner's birthday are each just a few weeks away from other major events like Christmas and new years... The other thing is that, this sort of policy would be easy to understand if the rooms were jammed full every day of the week, but that is just not the reality at all, they sit empty extremely often, not just on week days (when it is expected) but also on weekends. Yasmeen who manages the building is very kind, although sometimes inflexible. She has arranged multiple events at that the building that were very caring, including at valentines giving away fun crocheted roses of different sorts, a morning coffee station with a barrista, and other similar ideas. At the end of the day, the biggest issue is that the rooms are just too small for the price. my apartment was ~450 sq ft, and I was paying $2069 / month! The room is modern and well soundproofed from the outside, maintance is fast and reliable. utilities are new and solid quality (although the fridge beeping randomly in the middle of the night is infuriating). But 450 sq feet! I had a couch, TV and desk in the living room and it was INCREDIBLY crammed (no dining room table). Bedroom is way too tight with a queen, constant toe stubbing, so I wouldn't recommend using one. Bathroom is fine.
