I have lived here almost 7 years. I loved it here. The whole building is a family. Things started off wonderfully, when I first moved in there were lots of amenities in the lobby. It was a place to share a coffee and a place to share a glass of wine as a building. They offered a full fridge with water and wine, and a coffee maker and coffee and cream and sugar as an amenity as part of living here. There were also lovely parties times a year and generous gifts at the holidays. There was music playing in the lobby. This has been taken away. They ensured that THEY cleared the snow (this should be mandatory) at the back when there were snow storms. I could not back my car out for a week - had to ask NOah to help me so that I could access my car. I pay 200 dollars per month for this. It is the building's responsibility that I can access my car that I pay you for a parking spot within.
It's been hard seeing these things taken away. I love Noah and Christine, they work hard to help us. They have been incredibly helpful over the years. We are grateful for them.
There has been a steep decline over the years with our services. Safety concerns have been brought to management's attention several times. We NEED to have internet in the gym. It is NOT safe as a woman living here to go down into the basement alone to work out and not have reception if something happens.
There are not appropriate security cameras here if we have break ins. The safety of our bikes is not there as the security for the building isn't taken seriously. We have had our bike shelter broken into, our lockers broken into, our mail broken into, and homeless people coming into the building. Our safety should be paramount. Wondering if there will be anyone to address these things, will something be done about this as all of us that live here consider this our home and don't want to have to move.
