I’ve lived here for 5+ years and only once the new company took over, the problems started. First, they took the hallways and amenities apart and left them like that for over a year. No parking for a year, no flooring on hallways, chipped walls. It was a mess created in hopes the old tenants leave making space for the new, over priced units.
There is a leak in the roof that’s causing problems. I have a leak in my ceiling dripping anytime there is major rain.I requested it to be fixed multiple times, no one seems to care. The hallways on the 6th floor and stairwells show clear evidence of the constant leaks.
The noise from eglinton is never ending.
Building gets a clean up once a week, if we’re lucky.
Paint chipping from ceilings on hallways.
Heating breaks down pretty often for many tenants in building.
No AC
The windows never get cleaned, and with eglinton dust and mess windows are close to black in some areas.
My rent is pretty cheap since I’ve been here so long, so I stick it out. But anyone who’s paying more than $1700 is going to be awfully disappointed.
