I have lived here for 3 years and new company has changed a lot going on.
In the last year I have lost all power in kitchen with no effort to fix. Ceiling/walls/doors/paint all chipping and falling apart.
They want to increase rent to to make more off apartments that are not worth the value

I have been asking for a long time to fix some issues. Many many months ago.
Assuming due to owing rent they are not important.
