Too much noise from the parking update. Progress appears slow and innefficient.
Laundry is a growing problem. Machines always in use. Sometimes one person occupies 4 plus machines. No ettiquette. Machines often out of order. Machines should be debit card based instead of the very very outdated loonie slot machine.
Not a single update to common area spaces in the 4+ years that I've been here. Lobby, laundry, elevators, hallways.
