Reviews summary

Claridge Homes receives mixed feedback from residents, with location being a consistently praised feature due to its proximity to amenities and public transportation, such as the Lyon (LRT) Station. Some residents appreciate the spacious apartments and helpful on-site staff, including recent positive changes under building manager Hailey. However, a number of reviews express concerns about maintenance and construction quality, noting issues like unfinished areas, non-functional amenities, and communication challenges with management. Noise is a recurring issue for some residents, particularly due to the location above a subway. Despite these concerns, recent improvements in maintenance response have been noted, although some issues remain unresolved.
