Reviews summary

Most residents at 840 Montreal Road appreciate its excellent location, which offers convenient access to nearby amenities, public transportation, and essential services like Montfort Hospital. The property is well-suited for families due to the spacious apartments and proximity to schools and parks. Reviews highlight the responsiveness and professionalism of property manager Michelle and commend the maintenance team's efforts, though some suggest improvements in cleanliness and noise control, particularly regarding smoking on balconies. While there are recurring praises for the quiet and friendly community, certain building aspects, such as water pressure on upper floors and the need for general upgrades, have been noted by a few residents. Earlier complaints about the cleanliness have seen a general decline, indicating improvements over time. However, some older reviews still mention a lack of timely communication from staff and maintenance issues, which prospective tenants may want to consider.
