I’ve been loving living here! The apartment has been a great place to call home, and overall my experience has been very positive. The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We were one of the first renters 12 years ago. The Pomeroy offers everything we could want and more. Well maintained; perfect location to access the growing SW London and too many amenities to list. It's not an apartment, but a home

Its frustrating waiting for elevators, especiially when people are moving in or out. Two elevators for 248 units is in adequate. The sounds from the apartment above are very disturbing. I’m hearing clunking and banging. Sounds all hours of the day and night at about 11:15 AM every day there is exercising going on and I can hear The the weights or whatever is being done because it rattles the pictures on my walls also.. i’ve spoken to these people about the noises and they just say that they’re very quiet people. The front outside of the building is often littered with cigarette butts. The sidewalk next to where the cigarette holder is is covered with cigarette butts, the smokers don’t care about people that are in sitting in the bus covering and their smoke goes there because it seeod underneath.
