The Second bedroom is on the smaller side, so will not work for everyone, but makes and ideal guest room/childs room or home office for those needing a home office space.  This can also be used as a regular bedroom, though please note there is not a closet within the room.  This room does have floor to ceilings windows that look onto the balcony. Flooring is laminate wood. Washer & Dryer are insuite. 1 Parking space is included. The location is very central, with just a short walk to the downtown business district, Yaletown, The West End and Coal Harbour. At this time, building amenities are closed to residents of the Wall Center as they are the amenities of the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel and during the pandemic, they are only available to hotel guests. When amenities are made available to residents of the Wall Center buildings again, there is a monthly fee to use these facilities.  Facilities are above average and are well maintained as they are the hotel facilities as well. These include a large, well equipped fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs and a sauna. A small dog may be considered for this one.
