I love how conveniently located this building is! A huge thank you to the amazing staff and management team for everything they do. The amenities are good, though I’d love to see a bigger gym or a sauna added . The parking area is neat and spacious, but adding more EV chargers would be a big plus. I’m really glad I chose to rent this property!

I like living here because of the bike amenities. My husband and I have been car free for 5 years now and I commute to work by bike. The bike elevator, the lockers, and the soon to be bike maintenance room is quite honestly, perfect. It makes getting in and out super easy. We were really surprised this wasn't part of their ads for such a big biking city. A big pull for us was also the central air, we have a hard time with the lack of airflow in a lot of the older buildings we have lived in and struggle with the warm summers, and now having access to central air for the summer is a huge bonus. The building is also incredibly quiet and the staff are helpful.
