We have lived here for over 2 years. We were lucky to get a handicap parking stall as it makes much easier for my wife. Were very happy with our apartments colour scheme, appliances, high ceilings and lots of cabinetry.

If nothing is broken in your unit, living here is perfect. However, if maintenance is required, it is a long process of 'whoever screams the loudest'. Although the onsite caretaker is working as hard as he can, it is extremely unrealistic for a single person to handle issues for all building tenants by themself. This is an issue with Onni's workflow and needs to be fixed. Although this building is 2-years old the amount of issues that requires maintenance is incredible.

We’ve been living here for about 4 months and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights, it’s very convenient, with easy access to transit, pharmacy, supermarkets, as well as plenty of restaurants and nearby malls. Everything you need is within walking distance, which makes daily life much easier. The amenities definitely add value to the building. The pool, gym, community garden, and shared social areas are all well zdesigned and enjoyable to use. The apartment itself is very nice with good quality finishes . However, since it’s a wood frame building, you do occasionally hear noise from upstairs neighbors, the hallway, and sometimes planes overhead. It’s not constant, but worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. Management has been a bit inconsistent during our time here, we’ve had three different building managers in just four months. That said, when I reported an issue with the heating system, Bill showed up at our unit the same day and checked the heating promptly, he mentioned he was taking care of the building management temporary. The new building manager has since coordinated HVAC repairs (currently still in progress). While response times can be good, communication between management and tenants could be more streamlined and consistent. A couple of additional things to be aware of: * There is very limited street parking nearby, which can be challenging if you have visitors. * In the surrounding complex, many pet owners do not clean up after their dogs, which can be frustrating. * A pet wash station would be a great addition and would really enhance the property for pet owners. Overall, this is a great place to live thanks to its location, amenities, and quality of the apartments. With some improvements in management communication and a few added conveniences, it would be even better.
