Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed applies for cats, dogs, and other types of pets. Pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
