The Arc at Emerald Hills

We love our condo and the staff. The staff has always been there to help when a issue has come up. The extra facilities, such as gym, pool and gathering room are a plus. The common area is well maintained.

Only lived here a few months but the amenities and cleanliness of all the facilities have been amazing. I wish there was a facebook group or something like that for residents to meet eachother and exchange info, etc. I also wish there was more underground parking. That's my only complaint at this point, everything else has been awesome.

The property is full of amenities like a gym, pool, barbecue area, social lounge, dog washing bay, underground parking, chargers for EVs, etc. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a more amenity laden apartment complex, pretty much anywhere. The staff have been generally pretty good, though they are often short staffed so there's no one at the complex on weekends. My only concerns are: a) the rent is higher than average to reflect those amenities, so if you aren't going to use them, you might perceive it as a generally poorer value for the dollar. b) With short staffing on the weekends, pool maintenance equipment is left in the pool over the weekend on occasion, and tenants have to unplug and remove cleaning equipment themselves in order to use the pool during the listed hours. Also, no one polices tenant guests, so the allure of a 'free' pool often means non-tenants galore on nicer weekends. Specific tenants have invited several guests and then left, leaving the guests at the pool for the whole day, or invited an entire children's birthday party, with 35 people, and monopolized the pool, etc. c)
