Single person or couple for occupancy. No pets, but small pets would be considered. Children over the age of 5 will also be considered. Sorry, I can't have crayons of the walls, lol. A lot of the materials were reclaimed, and there is no replacement. This home was built with love over the last 6 years. The land is very sacred. And looking for a tenant that will take care of the area with that in mind.
