The house is nice and new, but there are several things that were not done or included because it is a rental property, such as no toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom, no blinds on the windows and no garage door openers. In my opinion it should not be the tenant's responsibility to provide things that will need to be left at the property when we move out. Also, with all the new building going on it is extremely loud during the day, which makes it hard to work since my wife works from home, and we have to walk the streets checking for nails, so we don't run over them causing expensive tire replacements, which has already happened. However, finding a place to live in Hondo is nearly impossible so we are grateful that Everview did take a gamble and build here. We hope this feedback can be helpful for improving the experience for future residents. Thank you!
