Unit is in terrible condition as far as upkeep. Seals around windows are all dried and rotted, much of the wood exterior will crumble or fall off with minor disturbance. Seals around doors terrible, could feel a cold breeze flowing under back door. A minor level of annual maintenance would prevent this, could even be bi-annual. Maintenance unaware of preventive measures and just told me "All the units have gaps in the back door". Gaps in the door indicate the door is not properly aligned to the frame. Dishwasher was not properly fastened to the counter, when I initially presented this concern I was told that it was normal installation. Later when heating coil failed maintenance "found" the dishwasher not properly fastened, they fixed that but the drying cycle still doesn't work. With copper pipes if it isn't against code it's just careless craftsmanship to run wiring directly touching the copper. Seems like as little effort as possible is going into maintaining these units and strictly reactive measures are taken instead of proactive preventive maintenance.
