I moved here 3 months ago and have no complaints at this time. The area is nice and quiet, my neighbors are very welcome and friendly. I feel that this community should have a pool.

Unresolved maintenance issues for almost 2 years. Raised rental prices unreasonably in my opinion. Other than that we loved everything.

4 years living here. No updates done in the townhome but the rent keeps going up every year. Kitchen appliances are old and outdated. I could purchase my own and was told to store the original appliances in the basement. Counter tops are original from the 80’s when the units were built. The units now when a family moves out are a sprayed material over existing countertops. I can’t even talk about the kitchen cabinets.. old outdated when I asked management about an upgrade I was told you have to live here for at least 5 years to get the carpet replaced and an upgrade for the kitchen.. so much more to say about Blue Meadow Farms but I’ve already wasted time doing this review.
