It's also NOT a long term rental - 12 months or more. It's a "mid-term" option for anyone desiring a 30 day stay or longer. Property is one half of a duplex and we've taken great measures to insure your peace and quiet. The other side is our licensed short-term rental (3ONE8 Manzanita) - very high end similar to 3THREE8. Backyards are totally separate and private. No security deposit required. We keep a WAIT LIST for all months as renters/tenants may need to change plans.
