We've been here 2 years. The neighborhood is nice but there is an HOA and the guy that runs it is terribly rude and on a power trip. He is a stickler for having garbage receptacles quickly removed from the curb. I use a trailer in some of my work and he won't allow a trailer in the driveway or street for 24 hours. I know this has nothing to do with Kairos Living but it is something to make your future clients aware of. We didn't even realize there was an HOA here until the first time we were approached by the rule enforcement guy. There is a lot of erosion in the yard and I believe it is causing some foundation damage. There are a couple of places in the floor underneath the flooring where it has apparently cracked. There is some trim around the chimney that has fallen off and it looks like squirrels or something is causing some damage around the chimney enclosure.
408 Coalbrook Dr is approximately 14 minutes away by car from the city center.
