I've lived here for about one month. Overall the home is nice, in a great location, but there is many Service and workmanship blemishes in the finishes such as LVP flooring warped and not properly installed. Or the exhaust from the stove vents into the upper cabinet and into the room causing grease build up and smoke and no vent out of the house was connected even though the pipe is available in the crawl space. There were also no towel racks, or toilet roll holders in the upstairs baths which was an inconvenience. I also was not able to access the key box to the home because my actual move in date (mid-month) which I disclosed when I enrolled was not honored, they forced me to rent the entire month (i.e. pay two extra weeks before I moved in); then when I arrived in the middle of the month on a weekend there was no key or lock box on site for me to access the home. Since their policy is to remove the key box after 2 weeks, so I had to enter a help ticket, to get into the home, but no one was available to help on the weekend. I had to move from out of state, so obviously this was a big issue, I am still trying to get reimbursed or credited for the extra time I paid but was not granted access to the home as I see it as a breach of contract on their part. We'll see what happens the jury is still out on if I'll continue to do business with this organization.
