The Parian Mooresville

I love the layout and looks of my apartment. But for it being a luxury home i would expect the grout of the shower not to be cracking and falling apart, my doors to latch all the way, flooring to calked and sealed so ants cant get in, my water switches on my tub to work as they say (if i turn the knob to hot, cold water comes out and vice versa), same goes for my ceiling fan switches. Also to have enough hot water to fill my bath tub would be nice also (when i take a bath hot water fills about a quarter of the tub and the rest gets colder and colder. I brought it to maintenance attention day one and he said he would stop by and fix it. 3 months later I'm still waiting for that. Also, my stove fan that was never used doesn't work. Just a lot of little things like that Location is ok until you need to leave or get into the place. A traffic light NEEDS to be put in at apartments main entrance. Next and i am not sure why but i ended up in a handicap apartment when I'm not handicapped. Not sure how or why that happened when Jade changed my app to a normal apartment. Amenities are awesome and very different. I have had tons of people ask me about how to get in here. The main entrance with all the traffic is a big deterrent to people.
