Pet Rent/mo: $25/ cat $38/small dog (6 to 29 lbs.) $55/medium or large dog (30 to 45 lbs.). Lessee pays all utilities and provides lawn care. Owner shall clear gutters, replace furnace + water filters every 3 months. TERMS: We require an application (per adult tenant) with a professional background check service we use.
