I’ve been renting since I was 18, in MN and AZ, with small landlords and large management companies. I’m 36 now, and The Preserve has been the best experience by far.
I started in the apartments and now live in one of the newly built townhomes. The maintenance team is incredible—fast, respectful, and genuinely kind. I work from home, and over the years we’ve gotten to know each other well. They always listen closely, fix things right away, and do it all quietly and professionally. I’ve never had to follow up or wonder if something would be handled—they always show up quickly and get it done right the first time.
Eric Brouch became property manager about a year ago, and he’s amazing. When we had a noise issue with a new neighbor, he listened to both sides and helped resolve it fairly and respectfully. During lease renewal, he let us be first to choose from the new townhomes and helped us move earlier than expected. He even coordinated with USPS when the new address wasn’t recognized, made sure we had working internet on day one, and handled early garbage pickup issues. When a few builder items needed finishing, he scheduled them around our availability without hassle. It was clear he was always looking out for us.
Eric always follows up and keeps you informed, even if it’s just to say he’s still waiting on a response. You never feel forgotten. He and the team truly care and make this place feel like more than just a rental—it feels like home.
The townhomes are beautiful, with smart features like app-connected appliances and optional Amazon garage delivery. The pool is older but clean and recently refreshed with new furniture and paint. The grounds are always green, clean, and well-kept.
We’ve built a real sense of community here. Neighbors wave, kids play together, and people look out for each other. It’s peaceful, friendly, and a place we’re proud to call home.
