It is a very peaceful area but maintenance need to do better and recognize the seriousness of a mainntence request. My five year old grand daughter was hospitalized due to the severity of the mole in my basement. It took almost five months for maintenance to do something about the problem. My granddaughter could have died.. the same with the heat continuously being on in My Grandson‘s room. He very bad asthma.. if you guys dont do better you could lose a lot of good tenants. My daughter went to the hospital last week. She was diagnosed with bronchitis.. She discovered more mold in her closet. I have rebter insurance that i’ve been paying for years and no orher landlord has a problem with it so why do RKAK have a problem wirh it?? I brought in proof of my rental insurance. I canot afford to pay $25 per month with you guys insurance when I already have insurance that is active.

My experience living at the current resident has been good, the area in which I live in is quiet the neighbors are very friendly and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I was hoping to find somewhere where as I won’t have to move for a very long time. And I think I have found that place once all the maintenance work is completed. I try not to be difficult and unreasonable, but no one wants to live anywhere where stuff has to constantly be repaired before they’re in the place at least six months. I like the space that we have it would be nice if we have a fence or a gate something private so the dog could run around but I understand you can’t get everything you think you need. I just need the shed door fixed the faucet in a hall bathroom to be completed. One of the maintenance guys came out and made a great effort on fixing it but one of the faucet handles are still loose. Also, I mentioned that I need whether windows for downstairs to keep the snow and rain out of the laundry room. And disappointed because Wade took one of the humidifiers out up here and never returned it and he never came back to complete what he started very friendly guy, but I have grandkids that has asthma. I suffer with asthma myself, and I also mention My Grandson‘s heater in his room keep getting overheated that is a Help problem. No one has tried to fix it and he has severe asthma where as he has to be hospitalized in intensive care. I love the house. I’m comfortable here, but I just need maintenance to finish what they started. I understand that I’m not the only tenant but again these are things that should’ve been done and completed before I moved in. And also with a house this big I don’t understand. Why is there only one air condition in a five bedroom housethat won’t even cool off the living room and dining room area let alone the entire house. Thank you for allowing me to do my review. I just ask please for someone to complete what they started.
