Very little actual fixing seems to be done between tenants. Cracks in the ceiling, painting over tape that im guessing are covering more holes. The location is nice and dog friendliness is too but people do not follow the rules of picking up after their dog or keeping them on leash which is very annoying.

We have been here over 5 years now, both office staff and maintenance very pleasant to work. Of course location is great. We have been luck and have really great neighbors also.
