Stratford Villa - Oak Park, MI

I move here November 2023 it was another property manager. I had the updated apartment and my deposit to hold it but she gave it away she declined my application by a mistake so i had to redo it which i did the same day within a hour she gave it away so i got stuck with an older unit. Things that shouldve been replace didnt get replace like they glaze over the bathroom sinks and painted it so many times it was crack within a month. Under the sink was so badly crack from water demage My cabinet is hot clued so it stay up. I cant take a bath because it no stopper lol. My ligth caught fire in the half bath thank God i was home i fix it myself she never put the order in. My basement door needed to be replace but i fixed it with wood putty. The closet doors all needed to be replace they fix it but the track so old it broke again after they fix it. My kitchen cabinets doesnt close they keep popping open because it has been painted over so many times. Omg lets not get it started on the carpet on the main floor and up the stairs it should had been replace. My move in date was push back a day because they had to clean it a 2nd time knowing that they should had just replace it. Its a big hard stain in the middle of the floor i had it professionally clean they even said they need to replace it. The railing has been painted so much the wood is starting to break down. Its not so much as the maintance guys its the property manager who has to put the order in and order the stuff for them to even fix it. The maintance clean up the trash everyday they do keep the grass cut. Its a new property manager she seems pretty cool. They finally replace my dishwasher that has been broke since i moved in. Its September, now my hotwater tank just went out so hopefully that doesnt take forever. It has been 5 days now its for sure my last year I definitely wouldn’t have renewed it for another year, I had no Choice??. Hopefully this will ibe a good year I pay toooooo much for all this crazyness.
