I've always liked bi-level homes. It doesn't disappoint. Well for the exception of closet space. It could use walk-in closet. The other thing is the traffic and being on a corner has been challenging. We have had at least 4 cars barrel through our yard, because of slippery roads and no speed bumps. DEFINITELY NEED A SPEED BUMP OUT HERE! The back deck has never been stained and we were told that was a request we could make, but nothing ever came of it. There are alot of trees , about 30 + and one that was dying when we moved in has fallen and they said we should have watered it. It's a big tree, why would I water a tree that gets plenty like the others. The house could use a paint job and some other nuances like unfinished laundry room, But all in all a good home. The rent hike shocked us, wish there was a program to buy the house and maybe ease the payment for us.

Being on the corner you get all the sidewalk traffic from animals to people to cars in your yard. We've even had attempted robberies. Thank God we have a security system. Those are our biggest concerns. Otherwise I enjoy the peaceful mornings with the birds in the back yard, along with wandering turtles from the creek and Owls and Blue Herons sightings and cats that linger around. I've always wanted a bi-level and Huge yard..It's perfect for me! Kind of too many trees but we make it work.
