I have lived at this residence since Jan 2024. The house needs work I do not sleep in the master bedroom as it is always like 90 degrees in there like the AC doesn't reach that room for some reason. I also don't use the shower in the master bathroom as you have to step about 2 1/2 feet down to get into the shower. It's sure outdated meaning it can be used as a bathtub or shower. I am 45 years old and I won't risk falling so I just don't use it. The pool doesn't have a pool cage looks like they decided not to replace it after the hurricane. pool service is included as an additional charge each month when you pay rent the company they use does not do a good job they are quick, sloppy & expensive! I hired another company to come clean the pool weekly which means I am paying for two pool services which is BS. The house has a small lanai which I asked they to rescreen tears and they did a pretty bad job rescreens as they used tubing not long enough so its falling out I said something and was told if they come back out I will be charged which is also a joke. The lanai also leaks when it rains it has had almost 4 inches of standing water the last time we had bad rain. Could be a nice home if they would fix things properly instead of place a band-aid on them. I love the location and neighbors are cool but not sure I will be renewing my lease.
