Pets allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. / 40 lbs. restrictions. Pet Fee is $300.00 for 1 pet. Max 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed a combined weight of 60 lbs. Any pets over 45 lbs. must reside on first floor units.and $550.00 for 2 pets. Pet Rent is $25.00 per pet. Breed Restrictions apply and includes any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from fees, weight allowances,& breeds.
