Woodland Villas Apartments

The units are nice for the price. Maintenance is top notch. Rob is amazingly attentive and helpful. He goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, Since i've lived here there have been shootings in the neighborhood and on the property. There have also. ben car break ins. There is a pool , but most of the time you can't use it, because Non residents come in and use it. They are loud, verbally abusive and sometimes drinking. I'm also not thrilled that I'm being charged an additional $180 for switching to month to month.

Excellent staff and overall management. Repairs and clean up from the latest hurricane we're done immediately. I was so impressed that it was taken care of the next day after Hurricane Helene. Maintenance and office staff are top notch. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood is loud and even dangerous at times. It's a great property in a bad location.

I've lived here about 2 months. Rob and Jan are great. They are quick to respond to any issues and are very accommodating. The units, and the entire property,are quite clean except for the few inconsiderate tenants who can't seem to get their garbage into the bins, even when there's plenty of room. There is some noise in the neighborhood at times, mainly weekends. It is usually not from our property ,but neighboring properties. My only real concern is with my patio. I had hoped to utilize the screened-in area. This was one of the main reasons I chose this property. Unfortunately, it completely floods with heavy rain. I have had several things get wet and have had to slowly move items out. Jan has responded to my concern and I'm hoping it will be taken care of soon. Overall, I'm very pleased. There are plenty of windows and they are making improvements and beautifications regularly. I especially love the privacy of each entrance. The units are unique and Charming.
