Community reviews
How are these reviews collected?
Reviews summary
The property receives positive feedback for its excellent location, being very close to the University of Florida campus, which appeals greatly to students. Many residents appreciate the convenience of walking to amenities and campus-related locations. Some reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with maintenance receiving mixed reviews—while prompt attention is noted, some mention delays for non-emergency issues.
The community atmosphere is generally well-received, with residents enjoying the proximity to campus and the sense of security in the area. However, parking is a common concern, with many mentioning the lack of availability and the need to rely on street parking. Noise can be an issue due to thin walls, and some residents find the apartments' layout and size, notably the small rooms, less than ideal. Overall, the property is seen as functional and suitable for students, with its location being a major draw despite some areas that could use improvement, such as amenities and older building elements.
