This property is exactly what the title says: Fine. If you're looking for something that's move in ready, not staying in town too long, and aren't particular about anything, you might agree. Don't come expecting much though. Rent is overpriced for what you get (there are much better prices with private owners in the neighborhood and elsewhere in town), the neighborhood is fine but nothing to write home about (no amenities, no community centers, rude covenant (glorified HOA) that doesn't live here sub par playgrounds, no shade), and its about `15 minutes from any store, restaurant, or gas station (even though you are right on top of your neighbors). Any "staff" is non-existent. As far as I can tell, nobody from First Key Homes works in the state of Colorado. If you have any issue that requires you to talk to a real person, expect it to take 1-2 hours to reach one and them not to be able or willing to help you. There is no management to help with complex issues, not in person, via phone, or even via email. I personally waited for 8 hours to get the code for my own front door after driving across the country from Georgia because First Key Homes only left the key to my mailbox in the lockbox outside my door (no, I still do not have a single key to the provided deadbolt on my front door). All of the houses in the neighborhood were built by the lowest bidder who could get the job done the fastest. Expect simple issues stemming from a lack of buy-in from the buyer or construction company like door latches not lining up, bad HVAC systems, sticker residue left on your windows, and countertops that shake while you walk across the kitchen floor. In the case that any maintenance is covered, it is usually outsourced to a random local company who might help you or might give you the middle finger. Overall, it was *just* not bad enough to be worth moving out in my three years here. But, if I could do it again, I would never have moved in in the first place.
