Over the past several years, I have seen a significant decline in the overall condition and management of the community.
One of the most noticeable issues has been the reduction in trash collection services. The reduced pickup frequency and limited recycling capacity have resulted in trash bins consistently overflowing. In many cases, when the trash is finally collected, the excess waste simply fills the newly emptied bins, creating an ongoing sanitation and appearance issue.
Another ongoing concern is the lack of enforcement of the community's pool rules. On many weekends, the pool area is dominated by large gatherings involving decorations, alcohol, and loud music. These activities make it difficult for other residents and families to enjoy the amenities as intended and create an environment that does not reflect the community standards outlined in the lease agreement.
Additionally, I no longer feel comfortable or safe using the on-site fitness center due to the overall decline in the community environment.
Taken together, these issues have significantly diminished my quality of life as a resident. The apparent focus on reducing operating costs—such as limiting trash collection and recycling services—has come at the expense of maintaining the community and enforcing the standards expected by residents.
I hope management will take these concerns seriously and make meaningful improvements to the maintenance, cleanliness, and enforcement of community policies so that the property once again reflects the standards residents were promised when they chose to live here.
