Peaceful oasis

I've lived here for just over 18 months and as long as I'm in SF, have no desire to move. Can't beat the proximity to nature.

Best Place in SF

Only a 5 months at the current Presidio location, but the parking availability is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and the rent is very affordable. The only issue is that my residence is fully carpeted which is a bit of an issue with the persistent mold, and the mold maintenance can be a bit slow. However, the positives vastly outweigh that negative, truly is the best place in SF to rent.

San Francisco Renting Gem

I’ve lived in the Presidio for just about 6 months now and love it. You get the best of both worlds with being located in a uncongested, quiet area with surrounding nature, but have quick & easy access to the hustle & bustle of the city. The location is stunning, staff & maintanence are kind and attentive, parking is safe and ample in our neighborhood, and the public transportation options are wonderful.
