When you walk in the front door you will be greeted with an open living space, comfortable and cozy living room with a Smart TV (basic cable), fireplace, and an open kitchen concept. Relax in the living room, cook a nice dinner while watching your favorite movie, or sit at the lovely kitchen island while chatting with your group all in the same space. You will also have a nice dining area to sit and gather around - open the blinds to look at the beautiful unique shaped pool and waterfall spa, and enjoy Havasu's amazing sunsets! Attached to the living room is a small cute space used as a bedroom with a twin day bed with twin trundle, and an arcade game - good for a relaxing hangout spot or a cozy nights sleep (curtain on the inside of wall to close off space) To the right of the living room there are two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads you to the backyard oasis. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed - perfect for the kiddos! On the other wing of the living room is the primary bedroom which has a king bed, smart TV and attached full bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard oasis. On this wing of the home you will also find the garage entry, and laundry room (supplies provided). The best for last... the backyard space. Pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor seating in various areas (covered and non-covered), outdoor smart TV, outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, and more.
