We have lived here for just about a year. We have loved how spacious and beautiful the interior of these townhomes are, and for the most part the community stays very clean, allowing us to take our dog on nice walks.
However, we are moving out soon due mainly to the price point, but also the lack of intentionality when it comes to safety. Even if we had the income to continue living here comfortably, I can confidently say we would be looking for a new place regardless due to this recurring issue.
We have neighbors next door that are continuously loud and disrespectful, and occasionally block our driveway. They leave beer bottles, cigarette butts, food trash, etc. outside and around our front door. Complaints don't seem to be heard nor acted on at all, although this is supposed to be a "smoke free community."
We've even had to call the cops on these neighbors for harassing my wife when she was alone. It's not a lovely place to live when I am paying the price that I am, while constantly worrying about my wife taking our dog for a walk by herself. I'm not going to continue living in a "premier luxury" community that allows this behavior with zero repercussion. What's the point of signing a lease if there's no enforcement when it's broken?
