Inkwell on Grandview

I recently moved into Inkwell at Grandview, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The complex is beautifully designed with a modern, upscale feel that makes you feel right at home the moment you step in. It has been a journey but alas the luxury wasnt worth my money. It looked good but for a few weeks, now it’s been 9 months and the floors creak. I was seduced by the amenities, no extra payments listed on the lease but suddenly I can’t experience these because I need $500 to watch movies??? I get it I get it, management is trying to protect the assets but there are better ways to do that than charging a minor investment. (doesnt matter if its refundable). I love my floor plan, I really do but I’m afraid I must leave when my lease is due. I would stay but I can’t seem to justify paying for a luxury apartment worth a fraction of its current value.
