Two rooms are available. This is a three rooms condo.
Rental term : minimum 6 month terms (one year preferred) . Monthly rental: $1400USD per room. One month security deposit.
Each room only allow one person.
Only one tenent per room is allowed,must be okay with credit and background check by our HOA as well as deposit.
Rent includes ALL utilities (cable TV, water, trash) but with shared electricity bill and internet bill - Common areas: bathroom, kitchen, dining room, atrium, patio, living room - Room approx. room size: 13' x 10' and 14' x 10' square ft. with a lot natural lights from big windows and two big skylights - Comes with full size bed, desk/lamp, TV.

AMENITIES: - Free access to 6 swimming pools/ Jacuzzi/ 7 fitness centers/ 10 tennis courts et al. One 27 holes and three 9 holes golf courses (1 executive 9 hole course). 7 clubhouses / 240+ clubs.
