The Butte

A place to call home in the new Gillette Wyoming Butte Luxury Living Community Property Mgr Katie was extremely accommodating with such urgency to my special requests. Maintenance Tech Jeras spends the time to answer any questions that arise and provides his business card for a quick reference for emails, calls and/or texts. He is very knowledgeable of all the residents and keeps us all safe when he happens across anyone that is not a resident and offers a promptu tour when necessary Housekeeper Angel works tirelessly to keep the property clean especially with the mixture this past month of snow, rain, mud and new landscaping. All of them are easily found working throughout the property 24/7 complimentary amenities as promised (to name a few: rooftop sky deck lounge with bbq/fire pits, movie theater with popcorn and candy, game room, latte/cappuccino café bar, fitness center, rolling cart and dolly usage) I personally love the convenience of the elevator, personal garage, and especially the secure package room. As well as residential fabs to enter the building In addition, all delivery drivers are prohibited on the resident floors. Which provides additional security, peace of mind with minimal foot traffic which I greatly appreciate especially with 2 dogs I take out frequently. All the neighbors that I have met are very respectful of one another especially the ones of us that have dogs The sleek, modern aesthetics with quietness makes it feel more like a long term suite hotel/resort than apartments I am grateful to be amongst the 1st residents to have moved into this new Butte community I am looking forward to the continued growth on the landscaping which is to include 3 more blgs with living accommodations as well as ground floor gazebo w additional bbq and fire pits. As well as a few sports courts for our entertainment However; I am very impressed with the 2-3 day turn around on the landscaping we have thus far.

Love it’s a pet friendly complex, however the mud in and around the dog park has become a nuisance and has made the dog park unusable which is disheartening because it was one of the main reasons I chose to pay higher rent than I could elsewhere. The park itself could use more gravel and if there’s no intention of planting grass seed or placing fake grass for this summer, perhaps we could get a temp walkway from first floor balconies and the 1st floor dog park door to help utilize the amenity.
