All current and prospective residents are required to create a PetScreening.com profile, regardless of whether they plan to have a pet in their apartment. Residents with pets will receive a Fido / Paw Score upon completing their PetScreening.com profile. This score determines the acceptance of your pet and any applicable fees. Below, you will find the fee information, pet fees, pet rent, and a list of restricted dog breeds. All current residents are required to renew their profile information annually. To ensure the most accurate Fido / Paw Score, it is important to complete all fields within the PetScreening.com profile. All pets must be spayed / neutered and properly inoculated.
