Fieldcrest Apartments

I lived at Fieldcrest Apartments and also worked for the company, so I’ve seen both sides — as a tenant and employee. I want to be fair: the neighborhood is quiet and the garages are convenient. But that’s where the positives end. The apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but that’s extremely misleading. There are no real amenities — despite what multiple glowing reviews claim. There is no gym, no pool, no clubhouse, and no community spaces. The only thing that could even be called an “amenity” is a very low-level playground, which is small, outdated, and barely maintained. Even worse, the same review phrases — like “love all the amenities” — are copied and pasted across different rental websites, which says a lot about how this place manages its image. Rules are strict and inconsistently enforced. No welcome mats. No hanging anything on balconies. No personal plants. They also conduct regular inspections and surprise maintenance with poor communication. I would not recommend Fieldcrest to anyone expecting honest management, tenant respect, or the amenities you’re led to believe you’re paying for.
