Well, we thought this was going to be a good fit! Then one girl left and Whitley took over until Ally came. I thought she was great, then she didn't want to step on Ally's toes so she was just the trainer. I thought that was great but when Ally doesn't know something it is not resolved and something else comes up. It's just been hard to be able to tell things that are happening and get an answer.
One of the big things was the dumpster was a dumping ground for furniture and then the maintenance guy put a dish washer in. It seems that someone should be forced to take those out and dispose of them properly. We are not far from the facility that they can dispose of them properly!
Now I'm trying to get a garage and I've been told to sign a contract and I can't find it!!! This is the most discombobulated time trying to get settled in a place that we can enjoy. Out of curiosity, I mentioned that We might be interested in a 2 Br unit because then we would need away from all the kids running through the halls and blasting down the stairwell. Whitley said I would have to live here in my lease for the year then apply for a 2 Br unit!! Wow! Really???
Not even going to tell the things about the lawn service!!
Yesterday the 13th a July was the first day i got the energy to move furniture from side to side in the apartment to thoroughly clean the floors the people put down. We were ruining socks (and then my good slippers) from the filth that wasn't cleaned deeply before we moved in! Yes, I'm a clean freak, but, i should NOT have to clean the newly redone and "cleaned" apartment before we move in.
I hope you wanted this review so you could address the things that could improve. I hope this isn't too big a company that you don't care about addressing situations and make it as super community for those of us on a fixed income can appreciate living!! Blessings company.
